Q) Do you ship worldwide ?
A) We ship worldwide using Royal Mail or UPS.

Q) What if I receive damaged or broken items ?
A) Please contact us within three days of receving your order to report any damages / breakages.Please retain all packaging and where applicable, glasses have their labels.

Q) What if I am unable to find my design on the web site ?
A) A photo may be emailed or posted to us for possible identification.You may also send a sample even if it is damaged.

Q) What if I am unhappy with my order ?
A) We will endevour to resolve any concerns you have with your order.

Q) Am I able to return special order items ?
A) In most cases special order items are specially made and so cannot be returned.It is important to discuss with us all special order items before placing an order.

Q) What if I order the wrong item ?
A) If an item is incorrectly ordered (not special order) it may be returned for an exchange or refund (at the discretion of Discontinued Designs).Postage costs cannot be refunded and the return of any incorrectly ordered items remain the responsibilty of the customer.
