Matching Policy
Our matching service is available for you to feel confident that you will be able to replace lost or damaged items from your crystal wine suite in the future.
We will endeavour to supply orders for items not in stock at the time of ordering within twelve months of receiving your order.
RETURNS POLICY
Any items ordered marked "Special order" cannot be returned for a refund.
Items ordered incorrectly either by way of size or design but not marked "special order" may be returned for exchange or refund at the discretion of Discontinued Designs Limited.Postage charges cannot be refunded for incorrectly ordered items and the return remains the responsibilty of the customer.
BREAKAGES
Breakages must be notified to us within three days.Where applicable stickers must be on glasses and original packing retained for possible inspection.
