Ordering

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DISPATCH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED FROM 24th JULY UNTIL 8th AUGUST. ANY ORDERS PLACED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE SENT AFTER RE-OPENING.


Ordering from discontinued designs is easy. When you find an item you would like to buy simply click the ‘add to basket’ button and your item(s) will be added to 'Your Shopping Basket' in the top right of your screen.

If you wish to edit your basket simply click on the 'Basket' button in 'Your Shopping Basket'

Once you have ordered all the items you require, simply click on 'checkout' and you will start our simple checkout process:

Step 1: To begin with you will need to log in to your account, or register with us if have not yet done so. This is simply so we know where your credit card is registered to (information required by all online payment facilities) and where you would like your shopping delivered to - we take no additional information other than an email address (to enable us to send you a confirmation of your order)

Step 2: You will be asked for your Billing address. If this is the same as your delivery addresss simply tick the box at the bottom of the form. If your delivery address is different you are asked for that next.

Step 3: Confirm your order and click 'make payment'. You will be taken through to WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) to make your payment.

Then simply sit back and wait for your shopping to arrive!

BREAKAGES
Breakages must be notified to us within three days.Where applicable stickers must be on glasses and original packing retained for possible inspection.
In some cases we may request the return of broken items.

All UK orders are sent Special Delivery (next day by 1pm) or Recorded delivery by Royal Mail. All international orders are shipped Airmail.
