RETURNS POLICY
Items ordered incorrectly either by way of size or design may be returned for exchange or refund. Please contact us within seven days.
Postage charges cannot be refunded for incorrectly ordered items and the return remains the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure measurements are taken into account when ordering glasses.
BREAKAGES
Breakages must be notified to us within three days. Where applicable stickers must be on glasses and original packing retained for possible inspection.
REFUNDS – Please note that refunds for orders that are paid by paypal take one week to process

Personal information handled & collected by Discontinued Designs is processed in accordance with local law and details are not sold or passed onto third parties.

IDENTIFICATION OF GLASSES
Due to the high number of requests for pattern identification for onward selling a charge of £5 + vat will now be applicable per item. This amount will then be refunded once an order has been placed with Discontinued Designs.

PRICING
All prices are inclusive of VAT @20%. The VAT will be deducted when being exported.
If a price is incorrectly shown and an order placed then we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale and cancel the order.
